Última actualización: 29 oct 2026
1. Open the Flashcard Builder
In the main menu choose Discover → Flashcard Builder. The flashcard creation page opens.
2. Fill in the basics
Click the Settings (gear) icon to open the settings panel:
- Title: e.g. "Planets in the Solar System"
- Default language: the set's original language. Choose carefully, because you can only change it later to a language that is fully translated (title and every card)
- Category: the topic your set is listed under
- Thumbnail: optional cover image
A title and a language are required before you can save.
3. Add cards
Click Add Card. Each card has a front (question) and a back (answer).
Card fields
- Front: a question or term
- Back: the answer or definition
- Front image / Back image: optional
- Hint: optional, helps learners before they flip the card
4. Choose who can access it
Click the access button (lock icon) at the top and pick one:
- Draft: only you can see it
- Public: listed and indexed by search engines
- Unlisted: anyone with the link, not indexed
- PIN Protected: share a PIN to grant access
- Members Only: registered members of selected groups only
5. Save
Click Save. Your set appears in My Library.
6. Add translations
After saving, open Settings and use the Translate button. Pick a language, then translate the title and each card. Check Published and click Save Translation to make the translation visible to visitors reading in that language. Until then it stays a draft.
Any card you leave untranslated keeps showing its original text.
